This bearing block is manufactured from HT300 high-strength cast iron through integral casting and precision CNC machining. It offers exceptional structural strength with a compressive strength of 300MPa, providing 25% higher anti-deformation capacity than standard cast iron bearing blocks. The unit can stably withstand radial loads up to 20kN and axial loads up to 8kN during high-speed operation.
